This is game-changing industrial terrain or city terrain, to build you a 28mm wargames board to be proud of! This MDF 28mm tabletop terrain kit is highly detailed with many design features like drainpipes, air con units, electrical boxes, removable stairs and floors & fully opening doors.

Dimensions of the building are approximately 230mm x 210mm x 180mm (9" x 8" x 7") - this is a large building!

This MDF terrain kit is designed to be compatible with all 28mm to 34mm scale games. Ideal for 40k, Infinity, and similar 28mm wargames.

Easy to assemble. Supplied as an unassembled and unpainted kit; super glue and PVA are advised for best results.

Designed and manufactured in our Cornish workshop, this MDF terrain kit is made from sustainably- sourced, FSC-certified  3mm MDF and recycled 2mm card (made from corn husks), and is eco-friendly and fully recyclable.
