This industrial terrain kit is designed to be compatible with 28mm to 34mm tabletop wargames, including 40k, Infinity & Kill Team.

Alder Industries is a highly detailed, realistic, and dynamic industrial building for use in 40k, Infinity, Kill Team, and other 28mm to 34mm games. it features a fully accessible and usable interior; all doors are removable, with the large doors having three options to choose from; fully closed, half-open, and fully open. The roof lifts off easily, allowing convenient access to the interior. The interior mezzanine can also be quickly removed, making accessing the ground floor very easy too. The stairs are fully usable, and are suitable for models with up to a 35mm base.

Easy to assemble. Supplied as an unassembled and unpainted kit; super glue and PVA are advised for best results.

Designed and manufactured in our Cornish workshop, this kit is made from sustainably- sourced 3mm MDF and recycled 2mm card, and is eco-friendly and fully recyclable.
